Crane

As a therapist by profession, I took this profile as an opportunity to do some
self-reflection. I think I had a break-through! I realized consuming beer with
great friends is therapy. At least for me. I definitely go for quality rather
than quantity in my choice of friends and beer. I have developed awesome
friends without and with a beer or two or more. I also realize deep feelings
are similar to the underlying flavors and aromas in beer. I truly look forward
to wonderful experiences of life, especially those most enjoyable feelings and
flavors that linger between each sip of beer and life.

In therapy, I know my own mood influences the therapeutic moment and I always
attempt to make treatment decisions that would be best for personal insight and
growth. My eclectic approach to therapy is quite similar to my wide range of
favorite beers. I enjoy the hoppiest IPA to the richest of porters. However, I
would say my foundation of beer is likely a red or stout. My least favorite is
a lager. Like therapy approaches my mood and the occasion does influence my
choice of drink.

No matter the occasion, be responsible so you can remember those “warm
fuzzy” therapeutic moments.
