Nate

The first time I fell in love with beer was at a phenomenal microbrewery called the New Belgium Brewery.  I was with my family, who had already been there once before, and being of new drinking age I wanted to partake in the festivities.  After a great tour and falling deeply in love with the process of actually brewing beer it came time to sample.  They brought out 10 different samples on a tray for each person! After my first sip of Fat Tire I was in love, and after 9 a little drunk.  Like a man with beer goggles, I was smitten.

Today, 27 years old, I work in the Beverage Industry, which has only furthered my love for great beer.  I don’t just love to drink it, I seek it out even if it means traveling for endless hours to have a sip that rocks the taste buds and thrills the nostrils.  From the smoothness of a brown to the creaminess of a stout. . . . Hell, even if it means buying a dirty 30 and flying like super man though the air with some good friends.  Just remember, the wise Benjamin Franklin said: “If God didn’t want us to be happy, he wouldn’t have given us beer.”
